PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a device for managing a lock, used for an exclusive control, by designating one piece of information processing system for reading out and updating a shared table, so that other information processing systems are executed successively one by one and the exclusive control is realized. CONSTITUTION:Designating means 61-6n designate an information processing system for reading out and updating a shared table 7, and commanding means 21-2n transmit a command for instruction to read out and update the shared table 7, to the information processing system 10-1n designated by the designating means 61-6n. Subsequently, an accumulating means 3 accumulates the command transmitted from the commanding means 21-2n and an operating means 4 reads out and updates the shared table 7 in accordance with the command accumulated by the accumulating means 3. In such a way, a special device for managing the lock for an exclusive control becomes unnecessary.
