PURPOSE:To prevent switching noise from being generated, to suppress the fluctuation factor of an output voltage for an input voltage, and to miniaturize a voltage holding capacitor, by connecting plural input parts in parallel, and constituting one input of them by using a differential amplifier possible to be selected by a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input voltages to be applied on input terminals IN1...INn are held at the voltage holding capacitors CH1...CHn by closing switches SW1...SWn. And one of them is selected by a control input CON, and is taken out as an OUT. Actually, the sum of the voltage holding capacitors CH1...CHn and incidental capacitors CS1...CSn acts as the voltage holding capacitor, and no voltage fluctuation occurs at the time of selecting the input. Also, since no switch connected directly to the input of the differential amplifier is prepared, no switching noise is generated.
