<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the production of micro-cracking and to maintain the accuracy more than that of the conventional method by a method wherein a thick film resistor which is provided with cutting pattern in the direction of fine adjustment beforehand is trimmed in the direction of rough adjustment, and it is trimmed in the direction of fine adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A resistor element consisting of a resistor 2 provided between conductors 1 is provided with a cutting pattern 3 in the direction of fine adjustment beforehand. Then, after it is trimmed in the direction of rough adjustment to provide a rough pattern 4, it is trimmed along the cutting pattern 3 to be provided with a fine adjustment pattern 6 in order to finely adjust the value of resistor. Thus, by providing a cutting pattern for fine adjustment to avoid the heat-concentration of a laser, it is made possible to prevent the production of micro-crackings.</p> |
