PURPOSE:To make the device small-sized and lightweight by jointly using a power supply for high frequency heating and induction heating and burying and installing a pan mounting bed in a body. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 21 for boosting the voltage of a magnetron 1 feeding microwaves into a heating chamber 3, a means for switching the control object of a power transistor 20 controlling the current flowing through a induction heating coil 9 by the high-speed switching, and the control circuit 25 of the power transistor are provided, the induction heating coil 9 is located in the space between the external top board of the heating chamber 3 and the upper face of the heating chamber 3 and a body 12 covering both sides, and a pan mounting bed 11 is buried and installed above the body 12. A power supply circuit for induction heating and a power supply circuit for high-frequency heating are jointly used, thus only the induction heating coil 9 is installed outside the ceiling of the heating chamber 3. The device can be thereby made small-sized and lightweight. |
