PURPOSE:To attain a high speed sequence control by forming a sequence program of a basic instruction and a macro control code for specifying a macro, storing respective types of macros in a memory and executing the macro specified by the macro control code asynchronously with the basic instruction by another processor. CONSTITUTION:The sequence program SPR is formed of the basic instruction and the macro control code and the respective types of the macros MCR are stored in a ROM 51b. The processor 52 for a bit operation sequentially executes the basic instruction from the leading part of the sequence program SPR and if the macro control code is detected, macro executing control information is stacked on a shared RAM 53, the processor 51a takes out the stacked control information to execute the prescribed macro processing asynchronously with the basic instruction by the processor 52 for the bit/operation by the use of the macro stored in the ROM 51b. Thereby, even when the macro instruction is present, the high speed sequence control can be executed.
