PURPOSE:To attain the long time recording and reproduction of a voice by using a reproducing disk player for a conventional time for various digital disks as they are. CONSTITUTION:A voice is recorded onto a voice recording master magnetic recording medium by a recording device such as a tape recorder 2 and the recorded voice is compressed in advance by using an analog compression technology and the compressed voice is recorded on a disk 3 to manufacture the disk 3. Then the disk 3 recorded in the analog compression is reproduced by a conventional reproduction disk player 5 for conventional time and the analog compressed voice is outputted from an output terminal of the disk player 5 without modification to the analog compression. Then the outputted analog compression voice is demodulated and reproduced instantly to the normal voice through an expander 7 connected to the output terminal of the disk player 5. Thus, the recording and reproduction of the voice is executed for a long time.
