PURPOSE:To increase a clamping force without increasing the volume on a mechanism by making a clamper itself an impeller by providing a blade on the clamper rotating integrally with a disk and generating a pressure on the disk with the rotation. CONSTITUTION:The clamp disk having the same shaft center as that of a spindle shaft 2 is fitted freely rotatably to a clamp arm 5 and this clamp arm 5 is pressed to the spindle shaft side with a spring pressure. And plural blades 6 are formed on a clamper 4 and made to generate a pressing force according to the rotation of the clamper. Namely, a wind pressure is exerted on a disk D by the rotation of the blade 6 group and the clamp force due to the wind pressure is superposed in addition to the clamping force mechanically given on the clamp 4. The clamping force of the disk can thus be increased without making a mechanism in larger size.
