PURPOSE:To provide the titled dryer dually usable for asphalt plant for new aggregates and for recycle plant for waste aggregates, designed to make changeover between dryer burner, changeover dumper and changeover chute. CONSTITUTION:When operating as an asphalt plant using new aggregates a, the dryer 5 is heated using a burner 7 at the rear of said dryer 5; a duct 12 is closed through a changeover dumper 13, and the new aggregates dried in the dryer 5 is fed, through a changeover chute 20, to an asphalt-specific plant B. On the other hand, when operating as a recycle plant using waste aggregates b, the dryer 5 is heated using a burner 6 at the front of said dryer; a duct 11 is closed through the changeover dumper 13, and the waste aggregates b dried in the dryer 5 is fed, through the changeover chute 20, to a recycle-specific plant C.
