PURPOSE:To permit load to be uniformly received even under external deviated load by a method in which a two-way blade and the vehicular body are connected with a flexible structure and a tilt position switch valve to be switched to three positions is provided. CONSTITUTION:A two-way blade 2 is connected through ball joints B4 and B3 to a lift cylinder 4 and a tilt cylinder 3 and connected with the vehicular body in a flexible structure. A tilt position switch valve set in series through a tilt control valve on the oil-pressure pump of the vehicular body is allowed to be switched to a single tilt position, front and back tilt position, and dual tilt position. A pair of right- and left-handed tilt cylinders 3A and 3B having different working speeds are connected in series to the tilt switch valve to permit the two-way blade 2 to be tilted almost concurrently.
