PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension and weight and avoid the need of a differential mechanism by using a fluid pressure motor onto each wheel. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic motor 20 is jointed with each wheel 11. In a piping 30 for oil pressure, the hydraulic motor 20 is jointed in parallel, and a main hydraulic circuit 40 is jointed with the piping 30 for oil pressure. The hydraulic motor 20 is installed directly and indirectly onto the wheel 11, and a brake body 52 is fastened by the mechanical pressure such as spring 51, etc., and the turning force of the wheel 11 is directly and indirectly suppressed. The wheel 11 is not brake-applied during the time when an oil pressure exists by applying a resistance force by a hydraulic cylinder 53 by the fluid pressure supplied from a main fluid pressure circuit 40, and during the time when no oil pressure exists, the wheel 11 is applied with brake power.
