PURPOSE:To enable the free feed and stop of hot water by means of both of a foot and a hand switch and to improve facility, by a method wherein a motor is controlled by using a relay. CONSTITUTION:When, with a hand switch 9 pressed, a contact is switched to the side shown by a broken line, a current flows from + of a power source part 6 through a relay coil 16, the contact shown by a solid line of a foot switch 15, and the portion shown by a broken line of a hand switch 9 to a power source part 15. A relay contact 17 is switched to the side shown by a broken line to open a motor stop valve 4, and hot water is fed through a faucet 3. With the foot switch 15 operated, a contact is switched to the side shown by a broken line, a current is prevented from flowing to the relay coil 16, the relay contact 17 is switched to the side shown by a solid line, the motor stop valve 4 is actuated to a position allowing the contact of a closed limit switch SW13 to open, and the feed of hot water through the faucet 3 is stopped. Inverse ly, hot water may be fed by means of the foot switch 15, and may be stopped by means of the hand switch 9.
