PURPOSE:To achieve a microanalysis of anions quick to elute accurately and easily with a less effect of a water dip, by employing a separation column filled with an anion exchange resin having a spacer in the combination with a concentration column method or a large-capacity injection method. CONSTITUTION:While, with the control of a sample injection pump 2c and a sample changeover valve 14, a first standard solution in a first sample bottle 1d1 is fed into a concentration column 3g to be concentrated and held, a first changeover valve 3 is turned ON and an internal passage is switched over to the state of connection as indicated by the solid line and a sample within the concentration column 3g is carried into a separation column 8 via a preheater 7 to analyze. The first standard solution is stored into a second sample bottle 1d2 and a mobile phase into a tank 1a while a polystyrene-based latex type resin as anion exchange resin is used as packing agent of the separation column 8 to obtain a chromatogram.
