PURPOSE:To perform energy saving in the method in the caption by executing such a process that the natural water is dropped out of a flowing water intake by utilizing natural fluxing ability of the natural flowing water and then put in a compression vessel so as to carry out water lifting through the force thereof. CONSTITUTION:The natural water is urged to be dropped from flowing water intake (A) in the direction of an arrow, and forced to flow into a compression vessel (B). A compression panel (C) acts to compress the flowing water in the compression vessel (B) in order to produce a compression actuation on the water, as a result, the flowing water is moved upward through a water lifting pipe (D). Thus, the pumping can be done by making sufficient use of a potential energy included in natural flow, i.e., a natural flowing ability.
