PURPOSE:To prevent vortexes from occurring when a ship cruises by setting the fitting section of a gasket to a board main body and a fin section to the same level as the bottom of the main body. CONSTITUTION:A gasket 5 is arranged at the lower opening of a center board case 40, and this gasket 5 is made of a flexible material. The gasket 5 is constituted of a reversed U-shaped fitting section 51 fitted to the edge of the center board case 40 and a fin section 52 extended from this fitting section 51, and the inside end 51a of the fitting section 51 and the base of the fin section 52 are integrally formed. The fitting section 51 is fastened with screws, thus the gasket 5 is fixed at both ends of the opening of the center board case 40 respectively, a cover 50 is fitted to the fitting section 51 by the coupling of the recess and projection to cover heads of the screws, and the surface is made smooth.
