PURPOSE:To correct a shift in phase by environmental temperature, etc., and to hold a prescribed phase quantity by employing a feed-back system which corrects the shift quantity of the phase for circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:An in-phase distributor 2 distributes an input signal H to two lines in in-phase relation and output it. A wide-band phase regulator 4 regulates a phase shift generated between output terminals (a) and (b) of the distributor 2 and an input terminal (c) of a phase difference detecting circuit 5 and an input terminal (d) of a voltage variable phase device 3 over a wide band to supply in-phase input signals to the input terminals (c) and (d). The phase difference detecting circuit 5 detects the phase difference between the phase of the input signal and a signal outputted from the phase device 3 and outputs it to a phase difference voltage converter 6. The converter 6 converts the input phase difference value into a proportional voltage value and outputs the converted voltage to a differential amplifier 7. A phase setting voltage which prescribes the prescribed deviation phase quantity of the phase device 3 is applied to the other input terminal of the amplifier 7. The amplifier 7 detects the difference value between both inputs and feeds the detection difference voltage back to the phase device 3, whose phase shift is corrected.
