PURPOSE:To improve stability and reproducibility by supplying a medium liquid for electrophoretic sepn. continuously to a coating head while mixing and preparing two kinds of thick and thin monomer liquids of continuously varied flow rate ratios, a polymn. reaction initiator liquid of the flow rate varied continuously in accordance with the monomer liquid mixture and the diluting liquid thereof by a static mixer. CONSTITUTION:For example, the monomer liquids 2, 1 of a high concn. and low concn. are first begun to be passed at 0.19ml/min flow rate ratio and are passed at 19ml/min total flow rate by changing the liquid as shown by a solid line for the high-concn. liquid 2 and a dotted line for the low-concn. liquid 1 where the product unit length of the gradient gel film for electrophoresis is designated as l. The polymn. reaction initiator liquid 3a and diluting liquid 3b changed in the flow rate ratios continuously in correspondence to the monomer liquid mixture are passed by changing the flow rates to attain 1.46ml/min total flow rate as shown by the dotted line and solid line, respectively. The medium liquid 14 for electrophoresis is coated on a web 15 via a coating head 10 by passing the liquids at the varied flow rate ratios in such a manner. |
