PURPOSE:To easily carry out penetration test and vane test by the same tester by attaching a number of vanes to the periphery of a resistor for penetration testings. CONSTITUTION:A connector 2 connected to a penetration rod 1, a split barrel 3 of a two-split pipe connected to the connector 2, and a slender shoe 6 forming a resistor for penetration testing on the lower end of the barrel 3 are provided. A cutting edge 7 is attached to the lower end of the shoe 6, and a number of vanes 5 are attached longitudinally in the periphery of the shoe 6. Penetration testing and vane testing can thus be very easily performed by the same tester.
