摘要 PURPOSE:To improve efficiency and enable a countermeasure against an application of high performance fin to be carried out by a method wherein a group of fins formed integrally in a plurality of rows and a group of fins divided in each of rows are constituted by a group of fins combined in the direction of a thermal conducting pipe and the group of fins divided in each of rows is bent. CONSTITUTION:A group of fins 13 divided in each of rows in the same manner as that of the conventional structure is used at a curved part. This is a means for taking a countermeasure against the fact that a radius of curvature is different in each row in a direction of air flow. At the curved part, a high air resistance is found and an air passing speed is decreased, so that the fins themselves show a lower performance. A thermal conducting pipe having a larger diameter than that of a thermal conducting pipe 33 indicated by a hatching line part 35 becomes quite small because either an inner row of thermal conducting pipe 44 or an outer row of thermal conducting pipe 45 is present at a plurality of rows of fins 45 integrally formed. Therefore, the efficiency of fins is substantially improved to further increase the effect of application of the high performance fins and to contribute to a high performance of the heat exchanger and its compact size.
