PURPOSE:To heighten the judgement accuracy of the grade of moldings, which the precise data in relation to a same injecting speed may be obtained simply and exactly by measuring continuously the injecting speed of the material to be molded successively corresponding to the displacement of a screw. CONSTITUTION:The displacement detecting means 14 detecting the displacement of a screw 12 in the arrow direction F, is provided. Molten material DM is injected by the rotation and the movement of the screw 12 operated by driving a motor 11 and a pressure circuit 13. This operating cycle is repeatedly carried out. The detected data obtained by the displacement detecting means 14 in every operational cycle, is continuously transferred to a data processor 20. The data processor 20 samples the transferred displacement data of the screw 12 in a prescribed time interval, whereby the displacement amount of the screw is obtained. This is judged as the injecting speed in each time of the molten material DM, and the obtained arbitrary injecting speed is referred to the each corresponding value (screw position) of the same displacement data, and then the change characteristic curve of the injecting speed successively corresponding to the screw position (displacement) is made.
