PURPOSE:To return an inner tube to the preset waiting position when a preceding grip passes an outer tube by providing an energizing member energizing the inner tube so as to rotate the inner tube rotated in the outer tube to the preset waiting position when the grip passes. CONSTITUTION:As the arm of a grip 22 is moved, an inner tube 26 is rotated in an outer tube 32, and the position of a hole generated when slits 28, 34 are overlapped is moved from one end of a double cylinder 24 to the other end. Since the curved slit 28 starting at one end and ending at the same position on the circumference of the other end is provided on the inner tube 26, when the arm of the grip 22 of a carrier 20 passes through the double cylinder 24, the inner tube 26 is rotated in the outer tube 32 against the elastic force of a spring 42, when the arm of the grip 22 has passed, the inner tube 26 is energized by the elastic force of the spring 42, the boss 30 of the rotated inner tube 26 and a recessed groove 40 are coupled, and the inner tube 26 is returned to the original waiting position again. The arm of the grip 22 of the next carrier 20 can thus enter the double cylinder 24.
