发明名称 APPARATUS FOR DECIDING REFINING DEGREE OF ACETIC ACID
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a result of decision with high accuracy and to improve operability by determining the change of absorbancy with lapse of time by the specific wavelength of a sample soln. for measurement and automatically determining the time required for the absorbancy of the sample to change to a standard value. CONSTITUTION:The sample soln. for measurement prepd. by mixing distilled water, acetic acid and aq. potassium permanganate soln. at prescribed ratios is introduced into a measuring flow cell 5 in a sample chamber kept at a constant temp. by the operation of an automatic injection device 23. Measuring light 18 and reference light which are absorbed and attenuated by passing the sample soln. for measurement in a flow cell 5 and the distilled water in a reference cell 9 of a prescribed measuring wavelengths are entered to a photoelectron multiplier 11 by the command of a microcomputer 14 and are thereby photoelectrically converted. The output thereof is subjected to amplifying 12 and AD converting 13, then to double beam arithmetic processing with the computer 14, by which the absorbancy value is obtd. The difference between the absorbancy and the absorbancy value obtd. at every photometry is arithmetically processed by the computer 14 and the result thereof is printed and recorded by a printer 16. The time required for the absorbancy value of the sample to change to the standard value is thereby automatically obtd.
