PURPOSE:To prevent the wasting of a liquid with the distribution of a correct amount of the liquid, by a method wherein a supply liquid is discharged once into a liquid tank being weighed accurately and then the liquid of the liquid tank is distributed into a container. CONSTITUTION:A supply liquid is placed in a liquid tank to be preserved in a constant temperature storage 1. A discharge pump 3 is put into operation by a signal from a controller 18 to discharge the liquid in the liquid tank 2 to a liquid tank 11. According to a value of a weighing device 15, a controller 11 subtracts the weight of the empty liquid tank previously measured from the weight of the liquid tank holding the liquid to determine the weight of the liquid itself. To distribute a liquid as the final end to a container 4, a syringe pump 10 is moved with a syringe pump moving mechanism 13 to a suction device from the liquid tank, and then, the pump is shifted to suck the liquid by a necessary amount from the liquid tank. Then, the syringe pump is moved to a discharge position of the container with the syringe pump moving mechanism and a syringe piston is shifted to discharge the liquid. The control of the distribution is possible by controlling the movement of the piston. |
