PURPOSE:To measure with good singularity and high sensitivity, an artificial woolen gonadotropine (hCG) by using a condensate consisting of specific peptide and labelled enzyme. CONSTITUTION:Peptide shown by the formula I (R shows partial peptide chains of 1-14 pieces containing the 14-th Gly of peptide shown by the formula II), and labelled enzyme (for instance, carbohydrase) are condensed in a water solvent (for instance, phosphoric acid buffer solution of pH6-8) at approx. 4-50 deg.C, and a condensate of peptide and enzyme, which has been obtained is refined by the column chromato-graphy and obtained partially. As for the enzyme immunity measuring method of hCG, the double antigen method is desirable, for instance, a peptide enzyme condensate and a soluble anti hCG antibody are added to an hCG containing test liquid, they are made to react concurrently, and after that, the second antibody which is insoluble against the first antibody is added, activated enzyme in solid phase is measured, and hCG in the test liquid is brought to quantitative analysis. |
