PURPOSE:To execute an integration in a short time when an object is a high luminance by making a first gate means non-operative in a condition in which the first gate means is operated and the integration is executed and obtaining an integration completing action as it is. CONSTITUTION:A first gate means 22 and a second gate means 25 are controlled so that, in response to a prescribed accumulation beginning signal, the first gate means 22 is operated, the second gate means 25 is made non-operative, an electric signal outputted by a light receiving means 21 for a photo-electric converting is accumulated to an accumulating means 23, in response to a pre scribed accumulation completing signal, the first gate means 22 is made non- operative, after that, the second gate means 25 is pulsatively operated for an instant, and the first gate means 22 and the second gate means 25 are controlled so that the accumulated electric signal is moved to a shift resistor means 26. Thus, the completion of the accumulation action is the time the first gate means 22 comes to be non-operative, the accumulating action without a time delay and of a real time is executed and when the object is a high luminance, an integrating control can be rapidly executed. |
