PURPOSE:To obtain a targeted data list by an easy operation without changing a host computer system, by operating a program to perform the conversion processing of the output data of a system to the targeted data list by a user in a minicomputer system. CONSTITUTION:A remote job entry program package 10 is also provided with a function to store a system output spool data set 6 in a system output data reception file 11. By receiving the system output spool data set 6 held by the remote job entry program package 10, the function to store the data set in the system output data reception file 11 can be used effectively. Also, the user generates the program 12 to perform the conversion processing of the system output data to the targeted data list 3, and operates it in a minicomputer system/remote terminal 8. In such a way, it is possible to generate the coordinate of the targeted data list 3 on a line printer from the system output data reception file 11 by the easy operation.
