PURPOSE:To attain the emergency sending of changing data and to simultaneously attain the data sending at plural stations by sending the fixed time data and the changing data to a telephone circuit selected with a selecting means in accordance with first and second timings. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is provided with a collecting means 1 to collect data, a calculating means to calculate a first timing to send the fixed time data, a deciding means 4 to execute the changing deciding of the changing data and set a second timing to send the changing data based on the first timing at the time of changing and a selecting means 5 to select plural telephone lines. In accordance with first and second timings, the fixed time data and the changing data are sent to a telephone circuit selected by the selecting means. Thus, the emergency sending of emergency data can be executed, simultaneously, data sending can be executed by plural stations and the line using time can be shortened.
