The invention relates to a tubular chassis provided with vertical members 2, 3, 5, with horizontal members 6, 7, 9 connected together by riveted pins such as the one indicated 8 in order to ensure the independence of mobility of these various elements, and with crosspieces 10, 11, 12 holding the elements together and making them rigid, and with a base part 1 which can move in all directions by virtue of wheels 14. On the members 7 and 9 various accessories may be placed and fixed depending on the use desired, such as for example containers 15 for transporting goods. Once the crosspiece 12 has been disengaged from the groove 13 provided for this reason, this tubular chassis folds automatically onto the base part 1 owing to its weight. <IMAGE>
