PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus for continuously and smoothly transferring a carrier, by disposing driving apparatuses along a transfer rail interposing gaps smaller than the total length of the carrier and transmitting power through a rotary sprocket and a connection member. CONSTITUTION:Driving apparatuses 30, 30... are disposed interposing gaps smaller than the total length of a carrier and a carrier 20 suspended from a transfer rail 10 is placed opposite to a driving apparatus 30 at one or more positions along the total length of the carrier. The driving motor 33 of a driving apparatus 30 opposite to the carrier 20 and having a rotary sprocket 34 engaged with brackets 24, 24... is started to transfer the carrier 20 along the transfer rail 10.
