PURPOSE:To contrive the saving of power consumption and to stabilize a horizontal amplitude by arranging a power supply circuit to control the corresponding output to a constant value to each of separate horizontal output circuit and high voltage output circuit and connecting the horizontal output power circuit in casecade with the high voltage output power circuit. CONSTITUTION:Power supply circuits 12, 8 to apply constant value control to the corresponding output are arranged to each of separate horizontal output circuit 2 and a high voltage output circuit 3 and the horizontal output power circuit 12 is connected in cascade to the output power circuit 8. Thus, as the horizontal output power circuit 12, a dropper type circuit receiving the stabilized output voltage by the circuit 8 as the input voltage and using an error to a horizontal amplitude object as the control input is used, then the simplified circuit constitution and the power consumption reduction are attained compared with the horizontal deflection circuit using the switching power supply circuit to each of the horizontal output power circuit and the high voltage output power circuit.
