<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin composition which can give a packaging material which can preserve plants such as floweres, vegetables and fruits for a long time, by mixing a polyolefin resin except polyethylene with an inorganic porous material at a specified weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyolefin resin (A) except polyethylene (e.g., polypropylene or polybutene-1) is mixed with 2-30pts.wt. inorganic porous material (B) to obtain the purpose synthetic resin composition. Examples of components B which can be suitably used include cristobalite, diatmaceous earth, activated clay, zeolite and silica gel each having micropores of a diameter of 10-1,000Angstrom . When a film obtained by molding this composition is used for packaging plants, it can preserve them for a long time without any additional processing because of its suitable air permeability.</p> |
