PURPOSE:To improve the temperature characteristic of an analog signal subject to conversion output from a D/A converter as an integrated circuit by using an inverse amplifier outputting an analog voltage having a reverse temperature coefficient to a temperature coefficient of the D/A converter for an analog reference voltage generating means. CONSTITUTION:An analog reference voltage generating means including an inverse amplifier outputting an analog voltage having a reverse temperature coefficient to that of the D/A converter is used as the analog reference voltage generating means of the D/A converter. That is, a power terminal 5 receiving a voltage VEE via a resistor 9 is connected to a noninverting input of an operational amplifier A1 and a common potential point is connected via a resistor 10 and an output terminal of an operational amplifier A2 is connected to the inverting input via a resistor 11 and an input terminal 2 of an analog reference voltage VR and an output terminal of the operational amplifier A1 are connected via a resistor 12. Thus, the temperature coefficient of the analog voltage outputted and converted from the D/A converter is improved.
