PURPOSE:To easily and quickly attain the positioning adjustment of a sub reflection mirror by mounting a cylinder penetrating through the center of the sub reflection mirror axially and mounting a transparent target part receiving a laser beam of which is colored at both ends of the target, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The main reflection mirror 21, the radiator provided at the center of the main reflection mirror 21, the sub reflection mirror 22 opposing to the radiator and a support 30 supporting the sub reflection mirror 22 are provided, and a cylinder 25 penetrating through the center of the sub reflection mirror 22 axially is fitted to the sub reflection mirror 22 and transparent targets 26, 27 to a part receiving a laser beam of which is colored are mounted at both ends of the cylinder 25 respectively. Thus, the positioning and alignment of the sub reflection mirror are facilitated and the adjustment time is decreased.
