PURPOSE:To set the temperature coefficient of hysteresis width by connecting a resistor between emitters of a couple of transistors (TRs), providing 1st and 2nd current sources to each emitter and connecting a 3rd current source controlled via a diode to one emitter of the TR pair. CONSTITUTION:A resistor R is connected between the emitters of a couple of TRs Q1, Q2 being components of a differential amplifier circuit, the 1st and 2nd current sources I01, I02 are provided respectively to emitters of a couple of the TRs Q1, Q2 and a current source I03 controlled by the output of the differential amplifier circuit is connected to the emitter of a couple of the TRs Q1, Q2 via a diode D. Thus, the voltage drop caused by the resistor R and the power supply of the diode D turned on/off corresponds to the hysteresis width and the temperature coefficient easily set.
