PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity and the distribution of the spectral sensitivity of the titled material in case of using an ureidophenol type cyan coupler by mixing the dispersion of said coupler and a color sensitized emulsion, just before applying the dispersion. CONSTITUTION:The emulsion layer composed of a mixture obtd. by mixing the ureidophenol type cyan coupler and the color sensitized silver halide emulsion, just before applying the emulsion is formed on a supporting body. A compd. shown by formula I is used for the coupler, and a compd. shown by formula II is used for a sensitizer. In the formulas, X is hydrogen atom. or a group capable of releasing by coupling with an aromatic primary amine color developing main agent, R1 is aryl or a heterocyclic ring group, R2 is an aliphatic group or aryl group, Y<1> is S or Se atom., Y<2> is S or O atom., W1-W6 are each a lower alkyl or alkoxy group, etc., X<2> is an acidic anion, (n2) is 0 or 1, R3 and R4 are each a (substd.)alkyl group, R is alkyl or aryl group, etc. |
