PURPOSE:To enable a suction axis to stop with sufficient accuracy in positioning by a method wherein the suction axis is rotated while a roller train of an angle correction device is pressed against a periphery of the suction axis and the roller train is finally engaged with a positioning flat section of the suction axis so as to stop the suction axis at an angle origin point. CONSTITUTION:When a suction axis 92 is rotated as a roller train 223 is pressed against the periphery of the suction axis 92, then the roller train 223 slips downward to a positioning flat section 106 so that the suction axis 92 does not rotate anymore. Then, when a suction axis angel adjustment device 175 and an angel controlling device 220 are disconnected in this sequence, the suction axis 92 is left so as to be correctly positioned at an angle origin point. By these processes, the suction axis 92 can be correctly coincided with an angle origin point.
