Closing device for containers characterized by the combination of a film 3 sealed to the part forming the neck 2 of the container 1 by a perforating device 10 disposed inside the cap 4 close to the film 3 and by means 5, 6 acting such that the perforator 10 can occupy a first position in which it cannot act on the film 3 and at least one second position in which the said film 3 is broken and frees the communication between the container and the inside of the cap. <IMAGE>
