PURPOSE:To make the system efficient and also to reduce the load of a device in the home bus system by providing a device interface processing section and a reception text analysis processing section. CONSTITUTION:A device interface processing section is provided, which controls the device or transmission/reception of a text according to the condition decided among a test sending processing section, a text reception processing section and a device, and a reception text analysis processing section 20 is provided, which applies analysis and processing to the received text and processing of the text able to be processed independently of the device by the reception text analysis processing section 20 before the received text from the home bus is supplied to a device interface processing section between the text reception processing section 13 and the device interface processing section 15. Thus, the load of the device is decreased and the time required for transmission and reception between the device and the communication controller is decreased, the efficient home bus system is attained.
