PURPOSE:To attain the receiving of audible mail service even when a PB telephone set is not obtained by recognizing a special voice to show an audible mail sound recording completion uttered from a telephone set with a voice recognizing device and detecting the audible mail sound recording completion. CONSTITUTION:In a multi-media system 1 equipped with a voice recognizing function for a special speaker and an audible mail service function, at the time of the audible mail sound recording, an audible mail accumulating device 14 and a voice recognizing device 15 in a multi-media system 1 are multi- connected viewed from a telephone set for an audible mail input, and at the time of completing the audible mail sound recording, the voice recognizing device 15 recognizes a special voice to show an audible mail sound recording completion uttered from the telephone set and the audible mail sound recording completion is detected. Thus, special voice to show the audible mail sound recording completion may be inputted from the telephone set, and even when a subscriber telephone set is not only a PB telephone set but also a DP telephone set, an audible mail service can be received.
