摘要 PURPOSE:To allow a laser light to branch at a high speed by providing a rotational position detecting part on a rotary mirror for rotating the reflecting surface at a prescribed speed, and synchronizing a rotational position of the rotary mirror and a laser oscillation of a laser oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A laser light L from a laser oscillator 1 is condensed by a lens 10, and on the optical axis of its light L, a rotary mirror 11 having the reflecting surface inclined by 45 deg. for reflecting the light in a different direction from the optical axis is provided. In such a state, the mirror 11 is detected by a rotational position detected body 13 by a sensor 14 so that a light beam is made incident exactly on optical fibers 4a-4d. This detected body 13 or the sensor 14 is provided on a shifted position so as to be detected before the optical axis of the laser light reflected by the rotary mirror 11 and the optical axis of the optical fibers 4a-4d coincide, and as for each sensor 14, a relay circuit 17 is connected to a pulse generator 16 for outputting a trigger signal to a controller 15 of the laser oscillator 1, and after a prescribed after the sensor 14 has detected the detected body, the laser oscillation is executed.
