发明名称 OXYGEN-ENRICHING MEMBRANE AND PRODUCTION THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title membrane which is a thin layer and has excellent durability by adjacently laminating both a separation membrane layer having separation coef. of oxygen not less than 3 and thickness not more than 0.1mum and a protective layer having permeation coef. of oxygen not less than five times that of the separating layer and thickness not more than 1mum and arranging a porous layer to the inner and outer surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Both a separation membrane layer which consists of a polymer A' having separation factor of oxygen not less than 3 such as poly-4- methylpentene-1 and has thickness not more than 0.1mum and a protective layer B2 such as silicon and a copolymer of polycarbonate which has permeation factor not less than five times that of the polymer A' and has thickness not more than 1mum are adjacently laminated. Furthermore a porous layer C3 consisting of a crystalline polymer C' such as polyfluorovinylidene is arranged on the inner and outer surfaces and thereby a hollow composite yarn membrane is obtained. The obtained hollow yarn membrane is excellent in durability even in a thin layer.
