The invention relates to an organised display cabinet device, intended to accommodate removable cards 8 made of flexible paper. Produced for self-service, this display cabinet, placed in public places, is for the purpose of promoting communication and expression. It consists of a base 1 provided with transparent boxes 10. Arranged so as to be juxtaposed laterally and vertically, these boxes are provided with stops 3 at the lower and lateral parts for holding and locking the cards 8. These stops 3 serve as distance pieces, means of fixing to the base, and spacing means for inserting the cards 8. The cards include a gripping part which is usable as an advertising medium and is placed in a space 9 between the boxes or between boxes and advertising areas 12, parts intended for the index labels 11, sites 13 reserved for the designation of the apparatus and for instructions for use produced in relief. <IMAGE>
