PURPOSE:To save the labor for the exchange of roving of plural fine spinning frames with single roving exchanger, by successively transferring an automatic roving exchanger to a prescribed fine spinning frame according to the control with one call-controlling apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A call-controlling apparatus 1 is provided to plural fine spinning frames 6. When a fine spinning frame 6a is judged to reach a roving exchange stage by a timer of the controlling apparatus 1, a judgment signal is transmitted from the controlling apparatus 1 to an automatic roving exchanger. The automatic roving exchanger 3 compares the present position of the exchanger with the position of the indicated fine spinning frame with a comparator to calculate the direction and distance to be moved. The exchanger moves in the direction by the distance and stops. |
