PURPOSE:To prevent the rise of pressure in a vessel, and to cool an electrical equipment effectively by forming a liquid film onto the surface of an electrical equipment such as a superconducting coil. CONSTITUTION:A proper quantity of liquid helium 4 is injected from an inlet pipe 5, dropped liquid helium 4 forms a liquid film J on the surface of a superconducting coil 1, the superconducting coil 1 is cooled by the liquid film J of the liquid helium 4, and a vapor space 7 is shaped around the superconducting coil. Vapor generated when a thermal impact works to the superconducting coil 1 is absorbed to the vapor space 7 in the periphery of the superconducting coil. Accordingly, a pressure rise is inhibited at a low value, thus positively conducting cooling. |
