PURPOSE:To reduce the circuit scale by providing a common frequency divider so as to select only a required frequency divider to obtain a desired frequency division ratio. CONSTITUTION:An output of a mixer 1 is subject to M/2<k> frequency division by a common frequency divider 2, the output of the frequency-divider 2 is frequency divided as 1/2, 1/4, 1/8,...1/k and a switch 4 selects the output of the common frequency divider 2 itself or the output of any frequency divider in the frequency divider group 3 to send it to other input of the mixer 1, where M, k are positive integers. Thus, the part other than the common part of the desired frequency divider 2 is selected by providing the frequency divider 2 separately to reduce the number of the frequency dividers 2.
