PURPOSE:To attain the corresponding equal to a function held by the key telephone system of a user even when transmission is executed from other key telephone set by being equipped with a subscriber information memory used for the registration of a personal identification number to all subscribers and the recording of the information corresponding to the personal identification number at a key telephone system. CONSTITUTION:The dial number of a subscriber inputted with the button pushing duration to set respective digits of the dial number beforehand respectively from a key telephone system 20, and a key telephone main system 1 is equipped with a subscriber information memory 5 used for the registration of the personal identification number to all subscribers and the recording of the transmitting regulation information and accounting collecting information corresponding to the personal identification number, collates the personal identification number of the subscriber at the time of transmitting and executes the transmitting regulation and the accounting control for a subscriber unit. Thus, the personal identification number is not easily stolen, the user is specified, the accounting and transmitting regulation are controlled, and thus, the use by the unregistered person or dishonest use of the key telephone system can be prevented.
