PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for awaiting of a calling-back from a callee by voice-inputting and storing important matters in a voice memory device when a caller encounters the busy of the callee and when the callee executes on-hook, calling a called extension terminal and transmitting memory contents. CONSTITUTION:A controller 50 is provided with a calling detecting means 51, a dial information reading means 52, a busy detecting means 53 and a connecting control means 4 and controls a line circuit 20, a main switch 40 and a voice memory device 30 with a program and data stored by a memory device 60. When a caller encounters a busy tone of the callee, a special number dial is executed, it is connected to a voice memory device 30, the voice of the business is stored, a called extension terminal is called out when the callee completes the call, and when the callee responds, it is connected to the voice memory device 30 and the memory contents are communicated. Thus, the necessity for the caller to await the calling-back near the extension terminal without fail is eliminated.
