PURPOSE:To realize a program of page constitution, by preparing a page constitution data latch which stores page constitution and a page data latch which stores page data, and providing a data buffer which switches an address data buffer and a page data buffer based on the page constitution. CONSTITUTION:The data buffer 5 functions as the page data buffer when the latch data P1 of the page constitution data latch 7 is set at an (H) level, and the latch data d1 of the page data latch 6 is outputted to the output an+1 of the data buffer. Meanwhile, when the latch data P1 is set at an (L) level, the data buffer 5 functions as the address buffer, and to the output an+1, the address signal of a terminal An+1 is outputted. In such a way, it is possible to realize a various kinds of page constitution by one specification, and to reduce the number of design processes, and also, to obtain a mass production effect in manufacturing.
