Gas-permeable loosening base sheet as a discharge aid in bunkers or hoppers

A loosening base as a discharge aid in bunkers and hoppers consists of a sheet with nozzles which are provided with movable flaps. Owing to the fineness of the nozzles in combination with them being designed as non-return valves, the passage of dust from the bulk-material side to the air side is prevented to a great extent. The loosening base has a high resistance and thus a good air distribution due to a smaller value than 50 mm<2> of open surface to 1 m<2> of loosening base. If a filter fabric is arranged ahead of or after the loosening base as a substitute for the design of the nozzle with a non/return function, the open surface of the nozzles can be up to 500 mm<2>.
