PURPOSE:To aim at simplification in inserting work by feeding an interconnecting port, where a high pressure hose, a nipple and an insert pin are aligned, with the nipple one by one by means of a nipple alignment feeding mechanism, and inserting each nipple into the high pressure hose. CONSTITUTION:Nipples in a hopper 5 are charged in an alignment pipe 3a with each dead weight, after being aligned, from a takeout port 7 by an inclined push-up plate 6. And, they are dropped in an alignment pipe 3b piece by piece with each alternate action of air cylinders 24a and 24b of a nipple separate mechanism 8 and then transferred to an interconnecting hole in a nipple aligning jig 9. A high pressure hose 1 is inserted into an insert port 10 of this aligning jig 9. The insert port 10 and an inserting pin 4 are set down to concentricity with the interconnecting hole. Insertion of the high pressure hose 1 is detected at the end specified position by a phototube 14, and when passage of a nipple in the specified length is detected by two phototubes 13a and 13b. The inserting pin 4 is operated by a cylinder 25 and thereby the nipple 2 inside the interconnecting hole is thrust into the high pressure hose. Consequently, insertion work and its structure become simplified.
