PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in a product and to reduce the cost by providing plural thin projections for a fin forming inside a die, arranging the bridge for reinforcing the projection by stepping over all the projection as well and linking the bridge and each projection in zigzags. CONSTITUTION:A thin projection 5 is provided in plural pieces inside a die main body 3, a narrow hole 4a for forming a high fin is formed and a wide hole 4b for forming a thick shape main body is arranged. Two projection reinforcing bridges 7 are then arranged in parallel in the form of stepping over the right and left projections 5 on the wall face at a heated billet flowing side of the die main body 3. In this case, the intermediate part of the projection 5 and the projection opposing part of the bridge 7 are linked in zigzags by a linking part 8. The breakdown of the projection 5 and the lateral fall of the bridge 7 and linking part 8 are thus prevented surely. Consequently the accuracy of a product shape is improved and the die service life is extended, hence the cost of product is reduced.
